This is a Appointment for 1 person to receive permanent jewelry. If you have a group, once you have scheduled your appointment please go and schedule a appointment for each individual in the group to make sure times are accurate.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days (or sooner) Unfortunately we cannot process cancellation requests for an order that has been placed
Note that tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to be scanned by the postal service. Additionally, if an item has been marked 'delivered' by but you have not received it, please allow a couple of days for the package to show up. In rare cases it can get marked delivered too soon.
Please understand that once the carrier has your package we are not responsible if it is lost, stolen, etc.
