Refunds or exchanges are currently not accepted. As I provide multiple photos as well as detailed listings, as a small business I just can't afford to offer refunds at this time. I highly encourage you to know your measurements before placing an order! At the end of the day these are pre-loved materials upcycled into clothing pieces and may come with some wear and tear.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days (or sooner) Unfortunately we cannot process cancellation requests for an order that has been placed
Note that tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to be scanned by the postal service. Additionally, if an item has been marked 'delivered' by but you have not received it, please allow a couple of days for the package to show up. In rare cases it can get marked delivered too soon.
Please understand that once the carrier has your package we are not responsible if it is lost, stolen, etc.
